Mathbuns App — Terms & Conditions

These terms are between you and SIELAY Ltd (registered in England & Wales), the publisher of the Mathbuns app. Effective date: 3 July 2026. Last updated: 3 July 2026.

Purchase & app stores

• The app is offered for a one-off purchase via the Apple App Store, Google Play, and the Amazon Appstore. There are no in-app purchases and no payment processing inside the app.
• The app is provided as-is; refunds are subject to the terms of the store you purchased from.
• Price may vary by country and currency; the final price is shown at the point of purchase.
• We reserve the right to modify app content, features, or pricing with advance notice.

Licence & intellectual property

• Mathbuns content and its exercise library are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Mathbuns content.

Usage restrictions

• This app is designed for children aged 4+ under parental supervision.
• Parents are responsible for monitoring their children's use.
• You must not use the app for commercial purposes or reverse-engineer the software.

Parental controls & responsibility

• Parents and guardians are responsible for setting and maintaining PIN security.
• We are not liable for unauthorised access if the PIN is shared or compromised.
• Parents can reset progress or modify settings at any time.

Disclaimers & liability

• The app is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• The app is designed for offline use; functionality may be limited if device storage is full.
• SIELAY Ltd's total liability shall not exceed the price you paid for the app.

Age appropriateness

• Parents certify that they have authority to agree to these terms on behalf of the child.
• Parents agree to supervise children's use and to maintain appropriate screen time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
